===== Description =====
Dave Reynolds Bridgesii is a clone of the species //Trichocereus bridgesii// (syn. //Echinopsis lageniformis//). While specific morphological details such as exact rib count, spine coloration, and glaucousness are not detailed in the community discussion, it is recognized as a distinct cultivar within the community. Cultivators note that it exhibits a notably slow growth rate compared to other bridgesii clones.

===== History & Origin =====
The clone originates from a mother plant located on a property along the Camino Real in California. The plant was associated with a colorful local figure named Dave Reynolds. Although the original mother stand has since been bulldozed due to land development, the clone was successfully propagated and preserved by community members before its destruction.

===== Cultivation Notes =====
According to community feedback, Dave Reynolds Bridgesii is a slow-growing clone. Like most //Trichocereus bridgesii// cultivars, it requires well-draining soil, infrequent but deep watering during the active growing season, and protection from severe frost. It has been successfully used in hybrid breeding, such as crosses with the clone "SS02".
