===== Description =====
js444 (often associated with Poot's Pachanoi) is a desirable cultivar of //Trichocereus pachanoi//. It typically exhibits a classic pachanoi morphology, characterized by a deep green to slightly glaucous epidermis, well-defined ribs, and relatively small areoles with short, inconspicuous spines.

===== History & Origin =====
The clone is closely associated with Poots Cactus Nursery. Cultivators in the community trace prominent specimens back to Jeff Waters, who has been a key source of distribution for large cuttings of this clone.

===== Cultivation Notes =====
js444 is considered an excellent candidate for hybridization, with growers targeting crosses involving other prominent clones such as Landfill and Ogun. In temperate to warm climates, mature specimens are expected to produce flowers in the early spring, typically around March to April. Standard //Trichocereus pachanoi// cultivation practices apply: provide well-draining soil, deep watering during the active growing season, and dry conditions during winter dormancy.
