Althea
Description
Althea is a Trichocereus peruvianus displaying typical traits from perus from the Matucana region, including incredibly blue farina, extremely fat growth, seagull notching, and fat wooly areoles. It typically grows one moderately long central spine and a ring of short spines around it per areole.
History & Origin
Althea started as an Icaros seedling grown by a TTC member David Siegfried. He sold it on eBay years ago to GeeBee who grew it out and named it Althea.
