Yogi

Yogi is a fairly typical presenting pachanoi. It is nearly spineless, produces some light blue farina in partial shade, has seagull type notches, and typically grows with 5-7 ribs. It does occasionally produce some semi-monstrose growth. It is notably one of the most athletic pachanoi.

Yogi originates from a property near the beach in Southern San Diego where there used to be 6+ large stands, 20+ feet tall. The owner’s father planted the original cuts he acquired from some local hippies over 30 years ago. Recently (2026) the stands have all been removed from the original property. Reddit user GRODYSATTVA acquired the stumps.
