Germinating seeds

So you want to germinate Trichocereus seeds! Fantastic. You are going to find it is highly rewarding and addicting. Lets get started!

First, you will need to get some seeds. Learn about Choosing, Sourcing, and Storing Seeds.

Next, you'll need to learn what is required to germinate and grow baby seedlings. Identify a suitable place to grow your seeds and Choose a Grow Area or Prepare a Germination Station.

After all of that, you will finally be ready to sow your seeds. Follow along with this Step by Step guide.

For the first couple of months, you wont need to do much, but its still important to Check on the Seedlings while Sealed for common early issues.

After several months when seedlings have at least three rows of spines, it will be time to Acclimate your seedlings to ambient conditions.
